Key Deliverables of Position:
·         Demonstrates respect to all walk-in customers, creates a unique family and team environment by demonstrating respect and sensitivity to all walk-ins, and communicates with them clearly and courteously.
·         Creates a unique positive experience by greeting customers with warmth, enthusiasm, energy and courtesy.
·         Shows personal interest in all walk-ins, determines what help they need, appears to master knowledge of all products and service offers, and delivers help promptly
·         Behaves in a lawful, honest and ethical manner at all times, sets and achieves high standard of performance, takes personal responsibility for completing duties timely and efficiently, shows abilities to take initiatives, and suggests ways in which our customer orientation can continuously improve
 
Primary Responsibilities:
·         Greets, communicates, and responds to customer questions, and provides requested assistance.
·         Handles all incoming telephone communications; noting reasons for call and forwarding to relevant team members, subject to availability
·         Provides excellent customer service as per the company policy and procedures.
·         Resolves customer queries promptly, within company guidelines.
·         Logs calls “including time, date and caller details”.
·         Drops in customers as quickly and proficiently as possible, thereby will be expected to walk around the showroom directing customers to the sales consultants.
·         Monitors entrances and exits for potential security risks and contacts management andIn-Store Loss Prevention when problems are identified. Responds appropriately to emergency codes.
·         Ensures a safe and clean environment by maintaining safety standards, performing maintenance and cleaning as needed.
·         Distributes Company-approved marketing or promotional materials, such as smiley face stickers.
·         Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of appropriate responses to emergency codes.
·         Keeps brochures of all models in order to provide to the client when requested.
·         Sustains a daily reports including all incoming calls and visits.
·         Responsible for the cleanness of the exhibited vehicles in the showroom and the way they are presented.
·         Must be fully aware of the company's product in order to be able to cover the sales reps when they become busy.
 
Job Requirements:     
·         University graduate with strong education background
·         Good command of English language
·         Demonstrates strong communication and influencing skills
·         Good Computer applications skills
·         Representative and tidy
·         Oriented to PC operations and sales process
