PC Planning and Performance Monitoring Analyst

 

Description The PPM analyst plays a key role in implementing and maintaining an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish measure performance of the Company’s portfolio of PC.

This position is Responsible for providing key input in the development and implementation of the strategic path for the business.
 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance 
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Quarterly and Monthly monitoring reports
  • Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new store as well as new projects
  • Analyze complex information and reports to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
  • Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
 
Job Requirements:
·         University degree with strong education program
·         4+ years exp. in business planning
·         Strong strategic and analytical abilities
·         Good communication and influencing abilities
·         Advanced MS Excel (create macros and complex formulas)
·         Demonstrates abilities to manage business and process
·         Orientation to project management and CRM
